Congratulations to our own Matthew Carr who has been awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by FIDE, the international chess managing body. Matthew has been involved in chess for 20 years and has been an arbiter (chess referee) for 18 of them. Well done Matt, a very well deserved accolade.
